Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

In accordance with UK and EU consumer regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, without needing to provide a reason.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned unused, undamaged, complete and in their original packaging.

• Any item that shows signs of use, installation or damage cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Customers may choose any carrier and are responsible for ensuring safe delivery back to us.

Free Returns – Faulty or Incorrect Items

We offer free returns in the following situations:

• The item arrived faulty or damaged

• The wrong item was sent

Photo or video evidence may be requested to confirm the issue.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

• Customised or made-to-order products

• Items that have been used or installed

• Products damaged after delivery
